Liability waiver
The Client acknowledges and accepts that, despite the precautions taken, there exists a very small risk that their vehicle and the surrounding area may sustain damage during the course of service. D&E Mobile Oil, along with its employees, shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from such incidents. It is understood that the Owner is responsible for securing their vehicle and belongings prior to the commencement of services. The Client agrees to release the Company from any claims related to damage that may occur under these circumstances.
Payment
Payment is required immediately upon service completion.
